Abstract: Industrial process by a company certainly has the side effect of their production then CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) concept appears. CSR is an action or concept undertaken by the company as a form of their social responsibility or the environtment around them. Chevron Geothermal Salak Ltd (CGS) is one of the companies that administer CSR program. The purpose of the research is to identify the form of the implementation and benefits of economics CSR CGS program of farming and to identify the cost structure and revenue before and after receiving the CSR CGS program and to identify cost structure and the revenue of farmers owner and sharecroppers. The research method is quantitative and qualitative analysis. Quantitative analysis is used with Microsoft Excell 2007. Qualitative analysis illustrated by descriptive. The result shows that the implementation of CSR CGS economics program of farming at Pamijahan consists of several support, those are farming and raising sheep support, Siraa (financial services business partner) cooperation institution support, automotive (machine shop), and woven bamboo and seedlings support. The program that related to rice farming development are farming and sheep support consisting of several activity, such as training and extension in rice farming, seeding and fertilization of organic fertilizer, also sheep assistance. The benefit of CSR CGS program for recepients are providing knowledge and science about rice farming, production result, reduce the cost of production, and independence in the manufacture of fertilizer. Total cost farmers per hectare per cropping season and total cost per kg output of farm before receiving the CSR CGS program is bigger than after receiving the program. The revenue on cash cost and total per hectare per cropping season and per kg output of farm before receiving the CSR CGS is smaller than after receiving the program. Analytical of ratio is also showing that benefit/cost of rice farming before receiving the CSR CGS program is smaller than after receiving program
