Abstract: Leadership style is a very important factor for a leader for the improvement and achievement of organizational goals. Effective leadership must use a leadership style that is tailored to the situation faced by a leader. Leadership styles are related to other factors that exist in the organization . One of the factors associated with the style of leadership is organizational culture. The data collected for this study are primary data and secondary data. The primary data obtained from interviews and questionnaires , while secondary data obtained from previous studies and literature on the part of the company's internal and external parties such as books and the internet . The analytical method used is the canonical correlation,and organization culture assessment instrument ( OCAI ). The analysis showed that the profiles are created when the organizational culture is a clan culture and cultural profile expected the next three years is a culture of hierarchy , as well as the relationship is quite strong and negative between leadership style to organizational culture in PT Jiwasraya Insurance ( Persero ) Jakarta III Regional Office .
