Abstract: Worse quality of city environment is the result of various community activities of the city. Waterlogging and increase in air temperature are some form worse quality of the city. Urban forest beneficial as water catchment area and natural refrigerant the city’s air through a physiology process of trees, namely transpiration. This research aims to know influence of air temperature, relative humidity and light intensity against the transpiration of rain tree (Samanea saman), walnut (Canarium commune), and simpur (Dillenia indica) seedlings in two different environment condition and also to know transpiration ability of rain tree, walnut, and simpur seedlings. Research was done in K. H. Sholeh Iskandar Street and in KSHE Arboretum. Research had been conducted for two months in the field and Laboratory with gravimetric technique to measure transpiration ability of seedlings. The result shows that seedlings transpiration in K. H. Sholeh Iskandar Street were higher than those in Arboretum KSHE. Highest transpiration per leave and per stomata owned by walnut seedling, however the highest transpiration per seedling individu owned by rain tree seedling.
