Mangroves are usually used as a prevention of coastal erosion and the fish farming (ponds). Ecologically mangrove has potential as carbon stocks. Mangroves that located in Pasar Banggi Village Rembang Regencyhave a function as conservation area. There are four types of mangroves such as Rhizophora mucronata, Rhizophora apiculata, Sonneratia alba, and Avicennia marina. The purposes of this study are to calculate the biomass, the carbon stocks and CO2 sequestration estimation using per tree method and midpoint diameter calculation method. The result showed that the value of the biomass, carbon stocks, and CO2 sequestration consecutively are 81.274 ton/ha, 38.199 ton/ha, dan 140.190 ton/ha. The use of midpoint diameter calculation method can not be applied to find out the value of the biomass, carbon stocks, and CO2 sequestration in mangrove of Pasar Banggi Village Rembang Regency because it has a significant difference.en
