Pengelolaan Lelang Lebak Lebung dalam Pemanfaatan Perairan Umum di Kecamatan Rantau Bayur

Abstract

Lebung lebak auction is a system of inland fisheries resources management in South Sumatra through an auction mechanism object consisting of the lebak, lebung, rivers, and soil decreases. Implementation in the District Banyuasin been implemented since 2005 and is set in the Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Banyuasin No. 23 of 2005 about Lebak Lebung Auction. The method used is a case study with a descriptive analysis. Determination of the respondents were purposively. Pengemin just picked catching rent on bekarang from another village. There is a violation by one of the pengemin who catch using electric current. There are four aspects that were used to know how is management of lebak lebung auction on the concept of sustainable fisheries, which is ecology, economic, social, and institutional. Based on the implementation, the management of lebak lebung auction in Sub-District Rantau Bayur has not yet met the concept of sustainable fisheries.
