Analisis pada Pembangunan Gedung AD Premier Berdasarkan Tahapan Kinerja Waktu Menggunakan Microsoft Project 2010 dan Pemodelan 3D Menggunakan Software Tekla 17

Abstract

In the implementation of a project, there are some aspects that should be concern, such as limited time, cost and good quality and safety. A construction project must be able to achieve a good performance. Therefore, it takes an instrument and method to analyzethe performance of the project during the project underway, especially the time performance. This study will be focused in analyzing project management that is time performance at AD Premier construction PT. Waskita Karya Tbk. this study will be comparing AD Premier development project wich use barchart and S curve with critical method, by using Microsoft Project 2010 software to analyzeof this study shows that the library building has already been built corresponding plan and has appropriatewith critical path method. There is some discrepancies identified comparing with plan schedule, it show that some works has done behind schedule, but overall the construction can be finished on schedule. Realization of the cumulative weekly weight always exceeds cumulative monthly weight plan, with the smallest value at first week +1.926% and the largest value at thirteenth week +4.203%. At last the project management on time performance during the AD Premier construction PT. Waskita Karya Tbk. shows a good performance.
