Abstract

Orchid pot is one of floriculture product that has the potential to be developed . The purpose of this study is to analyze the feasibility of orchid pots business Mitra Permata Anggrek, by analyzing the 3 varieties of varieties of Dendrobium, Vanda and Phalaenopsis. The analytical method used is the analysis is non-financial aspects such us the market, technical aspects, management and legal aspects, social aspects of economic, and environmental aspects. Financial analysis of investments is determined on several criteria such as NPV, IRR, Net B / C and Payback Period. Non-financial analysis is done with 4 scenarios, and the result is business orchid pots is proper to operation. Sensitivity analysis is performed to test the feasibility of the two conditions that the rising price of inputs (seeds) and reduction in the amount of production with calculate switching value. Results of test sensitivity for 4 scenarios show in conditions that the rising price of inputs (seeds), Orchid pot business use the 3 scenario its more sensitif.
