The main study was a clinical trial involving 10 healthy adult subjects selected based on inclusion criteria. There were two treatments, drinks tea after glucose (P1) and drinks tea before glucose (P2). Preliminary observations showed that the most acceptable Moringa tea was from 3 grams of dried Moringa leaves brewed in 200 ml and contained EGCG (epigallocatechin-3-gallate) 114.37mg. The results of clinical trials showed there was no significant difference between Area Under Curve (AUC) control and P1 treatment (p>0.05). There was a significant difference between the AUC control and P2 treatment (p<0.05). There was no significant difference between glucose score control P1 treatment (p>0.05). There was a significant difference between glucose score control and P2 treatment (p<0.05).
