Structure and potency of forest stand meranti (Shorea spp.) in Forest Area with a Specific Purpose (FASP) Haurbentes is very interesting to be studied. FASP Haurbentes is a plantation forest area that built in 1940-1986. Variety compositions and vegetation covers of FASP Haurbentes are similar to the natural forest condition. Important Value Index (IVI) are used to measure the forest stand structure. IVI can be used to determine the compositions of vegetation type in various stage of growth level on the observation plots. Furthermore, forest stand potency needs to be estimated through volume estimation testing models that is already made. Research method use a line plots method. In the observation plots, forest stands structure in FASP Haurbentes forms an inverted J curve. Varieties that have the highest IVI in seedlings, saplings, poles and trees stage respectively are Shorea pinanga (47.1%), Shorea pinanga (80.1%), Shorea mecisopteryx (90.9%), and Shorea selenica (87.3%). Meranti Stands potency in FASP Haurbentes is in the amount of 434.66- 551.94 m3/ha. Meranti volume estimation model in FASP Haurbentes is V = 0.000234423 Dbh2.37.en
