dc.description.abstractKoi fish is one type of freshwater fish that has economic value because it has its own charm on her complexion so it's worth the high selling. Infection is a disease that KHV is very serious about attacking the goldfish and koi fish, these diseases can cause mass mortality of 80-95% of the total population. One of the KHV outbreaks prevention efforts in Indonesia may be through vaccination using DNA vaccines. Based on the results of the research that has been conducted on the dosage given on treatment of 107 and 106 yields the same survival rate of 85% and 100%. Whereas, in doses of 100 resulted in a survival rate of 50-67%. While positive control treatment resulted in the survival rate by 28%, and for negative control yielding a survival rate of 85-100%.en
