Abstract: The use of social media (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, etc.) is an activity that is much in demand by today's internet users. Internet users as part of a community that has the right to select a target for legislative candidates (candidates) and presidential candidate (Candidates) for the campaign through social media or website (e-campaign). The utilization of social media and Websites candidates by voters still low. This is because the low level of voter interest on the candidates and respondents preferred candidates campaign through television. This is in contrast with the level of utilization of social media Websites and Presidential candidate by voters who can be classified quite high. Based on their relative scores, overall respondents who have used the website and social media argued Candidates Candidates agree that campaign through the Website, Twitter, Facebook Page, and YouTube are able to influence their voting decision to choose one candidate Candidates. In addition, based on the Spearman rank correlation, it can be seen a significant relationship between the number of tweets or retweet Twitter updates and Facebook Page Presidential candidate number which is read by the respondent with his voting decision to choose one candidate Candidates. The utilization of social media and website by the House of Representatives candidates in the electoral district 2 Jakarta and West Java Dapil 3 activity increased significantly from the beginning of the campaign period to period approaching Pilleg 2014, but decreased from the approaching Pilleg 2014 to 2014 period after Pilleg thing the same is evident from the use of social media and Website by Candidates who experience a significant increase during the campaign period
