Analisis dan Desain Sistem Informasi Karyawan Pada PT. Elang Group

Abstract

Management activities at company requires good data management to produce optimal policy . One example of this is data management problem at PT. Elang Group, where personal data of employees, overtime administration data, and administration data of leave, still managed conventionally. This will make HRD staf difficult to process employees data and determine further policy for employees, and also make employees who work outside of office difficult to apply for their overtime and leave. To get over this problems, PT. Elang Group requires the Employee Information System (SIKA). This research using Web Life Development Cycle (WLDC) Method. The modelling using DFD and ERD. Implementation phase using PHP programming languange with procedural approach.
