One of the problems that often arises in a security management system is the problem of scheduling security officers. A proper scheduling of security officers is required to avoid fatigue on officers, both psychologically and physically which can degrade the performance of the officers. This paper presents an integer linear programming model to establish a timetable for the security personnels. The objective function of this model is to minimize the total load shift of officers on the night shift so that the morning shift has a greater chance to be scheduled without reducing the total days of services. This model is then applied to schedule the security officers on campus of Bogor Agricultural University.en
