Analisis biaya produksi dan harga air minum pada pt watertech estate cikarang

Abstract

Air merupakan salah satu unsur penting dalam kehidupan. Kebutuhan air bersih merupakan kebutuhan yang tidak terbatas dan berkelanjutan. PT Watertech Estate Cikarang sebagai perusahaan penyedia air bersih harus dapat mengolah air baku yang semakin menurun kualitasnya menjadi air bersih layak konsumsi untuk didistribusikan kepada konsumen.Tingginya biaya produksi akan mempengaruhi tarif air yang diberlakukan, sehingga analisis terhadap biaya produksi dan harga air minum pada PT Watertech Estate Cikarang perlu dilakukan. Penelitian ini juga menganalisis variabel-variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap produksi air serta mengevaluasi penetapan tarif dengan mekanisme full cost recovery. Produksi air pada PT Watertech Estate Cikarang dipengaruhi oleh variabel air baku dan penggunaan listrik. Saat ini tarif yang berlaku di PT Watertech Estate Cikarang telah memenuhi besaran tarif dengan mekanisme biaya pemulihan penuh. Berdasarkan mekanisme penetapan tarif full cost recovery maka diperoleh tarif dasar sebesar Rp 3.535/m 3 . Terdapat lima kelompok pelanggan yang mendapatkan subsidi dengan total subsidi sebesar Rp 1.386.922.515 dan rata-rata subsidi sebesar Rp 1.047/m 3 . Setelah adanya kenaikan tarif air pada bulan Maret 2013, terdapat tiga kelompok pelanggan yang mendapatkan subsidi dengan total subsidi sebesar Rp 453.042.830 dan rata-rata subsidi adalah Rp 1.558/m 3.

Water is one of the essential elements in life. The need of clean water is unlimited and sustainable. PT Watertech Estate Cikarang as a supplier of clean water companies must be able to process raw water to be clean water that is feasible to be consumed by consumers. High production cost will affect the water tariff imposed, so that the analysis of the cost of production and pricing of drinking water at PT Watertech Estate Cikarang needs to be done. This research also analized variables that affect to the production of water, and evaluated the tariff the full cost recovery mechanism. Water production in PT Watertech Estate Cikarang is positively and significantly determined by raw water and electricity usage. Currently, Tariff in PT Watertech Estate Cikarang has fulfilled the mechanism of full cost recovery. Based on the full cost recovery mechanism, the basic tariff of clean water is Rp 3.535/m 3 . There were five groups of customers that get the subsidy amount Rp1.386.922.515 in total with an average subsidy at Rp 1.047/m 3 . After the increasing the tarrif in March 2013, there were three groups of customer get subsidy amount Rp 453.042.830 in total with an average subsidy at Rp 1.558/m3.
