dc.description.abstract | This study aims to (1) analyze about competence the employees of PT Sariwangi AEA (2) analyze the performance of employees PT Sariwangi AEA (3) analyze the relations between competence and performance the employees of PT Sariwangi AEA. This study implemented in PT Sariwangi AEA by using correlation analysis of Rank Spearman. Used data in this study are the primary and secondary data. The sampling implemented by using the Simple Random Sampling method. Perception result of the employees about competence and performance shows that the employees have a good competence and performance by doing job according with the what is laid down by the company. From the analisys result shows that relation between competence and performance could be highly strong and closely which means that competency influencing performance of the employees at these company. | en |
