Conservation medicine is an emerging discipline that links to human and animal health, ecosytem health, and global environmental change. Recently, Javan Slow Loris is an endemic primates which is continuously hunted, which lead to decline of its population in its natural habitat. The goal of this research is to study the gastrointestinal helminths infection of Javan Slow Loris and infection intensity from pooled fecal samples in diagnostic laboratory of International Animal Rescue Indonesia from February-May 2014. Eleven pooled fecal samples from different cages are collected for 6 times were used. Samples were examined using the modified McMaster, flotation, and the modified sedimentation techniques was used to determine the intensity of helminth infections among the cages.Numerous well preserved eggs were examined from the point of view of morphology. Our result showed that all of cages were infected by two types of helminths: cestode and nematode including Hymenolepis sp., Ascaris, Strongyloides, and Strongylid.en
