dc.description.abstract | Lima kombinasi bakteri dicobakan pada berbagai konsentrasi substrat tongkol jagung yang telah didelignifikasi. Delignifikasi bubuk tongkol jagung dilakukan dengan merendam bubuk tongkol jagung dalam pelarut natrium hipoklorit (NaOCl) 10 % selama 5 jam pada suhu ruang. Konsentrasi substrat yang digunakan adalah 1%, 5% dan 10%. Kombinasi isolat C4,4 dan 234P-16 dapat digunakan untuk proses sakarifikasi tongkol jagung. Konsentrasi substrat yang terbaik adalah 1 % dan waktu yang dibutuhkan adalah 48 jam. Perbandingan jumlah enzim dan substrat adalah 20 ml enzim ekstrak kasar dengan 50 ml substrat tongkol jagung 1%. | en |
dc.description.abstract | Five combination of bacteria were cultured on several delignificated corncob concentration. Delignification of corncobs methods was done by immersed it in 1% NaOCl solution for 5 hours at room temperature (28 oC). Concentration of corncob was 1%, 5% and 10%. From the five combination of bacteria in this research, combination from C4-4 and 234P-16 can be used for saccharification of corncob. The best concentration of corncob was 1% and it needed 48 hours to make monomers. The reaction was done by using 20 ml of crude enzymes with 50 ml of 1% corncob. | en |
