Analisis Gender dalam Kegiatan Ekonomi Produktif Pos Pemberdayaan Keluarga (Posdaya) Kasus Desa Cihideung Udik Kecamatan Ciampea Kabupaten Bogor Jawa Barat

Abstract

Posdaya is the discussion that can be used as a community development way through family. Families are basis between male and female in fulfilling function family, while gender is used as equalizes the role and status between men and women. This research found that the majority participants household category,both on male householdor female household have access to the activities of low economical productive PosdayaEkaMandiri. The condition influented the control participants which is also low. In terms of participation, malehousehold exhibited that it has medium level on participation, and the women household participationlevel is still low. It impacted on the level of benefits participants in both category householdwhich is appertain low. In this research was found that in each groups of participant is appertain medium. This research also found that Productive Economic Activities Posdaya Eka Mandiriable to fulfill practical needs and strategic gender.
