Analisis Dampak Ekonomi dari Alih Fungsi Lahan Pertanian ke Non Pertanian Terhadap Ketahanan Pangan di Kabupaten Bogor.

Abstract

Population growth in Bogor Regency increasing year by year. Along with population growth, there is also increasing food needs that related to agricultural sector. Currently, changes to the transformation of the economic development towards the direction of industrial development and manufacturing. In addition, increasing population growth requires residential development. This case, indicated agricultural land conversion. The aims of the study were to know the rate of agricultural land conversion in Bogor Regency, to find out the factors which affect, and to analyze the economic effect and an appropriate policy in the control of agricultural land conversion. Agricultural land conversion in Bogor Regency has been fluctuated year by year. The average of land conversion in Bogor Regency was 0,01 percent per year or 7,1 hectar per year. On this study showed that the increasing density of society and the paddy productivity were affected to the agricultural land conversion. Meanwhile, the agricultural land conversion will affect change of the farmer‟s total income before and after land conversion amount of Rp 52.176 in month. The average income before the conversion amount of Rp 1.931.157 and the average income amount of Rp 2.878,96. Beside the farmer‟s total income, the agricultural land conversion also caused the reducing of paddy production. The average loss of paddy production per hectare converted land was 2.878,96 tons per year, while the average loss production value was Rp 7.771.656.534,60 in paddy forms and Rp 8.518.512.570,00 in rice forms. The estimation result of food security in Bogor Regency showed that rice production has not adequated the needs of rice in 2002- 2011.
