Calibration is used to ensure all measurement, inspection, and testing tools by comparing to standard. So that, it can guarantee the standardization of product quality measurement result in quality control. The purposes of this research are to analyze the causative factor of customer claim PT. AMA, the calibration implementation in product quality control, and the calibration influence toward customer claim at PT. AMA. The method which used at PT. AMA to analyze the product quality is seven basic quality tools, such as check sheet, pareto diagram, causality diagram, and stratification diagram. Check sheet is used as data from customer claim report. Stratification diagram is data classification, so that a group which caused a problem can be observed. Pareto diagram is used for searching customer claim importance data, so that the most of claim type can be observed. Causality diagram is used to find the root cause so the problem solving become effective. Linear Regression Analysis is used to analyze the calibration influence in product quality control.en
