Abstract: Health is one of the goals of human development and the measure of wellbeing. Health sector is a sector that plays an important role for the progress of a nation because health sector is an investment in human resources. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between output of health sector, infant mortality rate and life expectancy with socioeconomic factors of West Java Province. This research uses description method and panel data on 25 counties and cities of West Java Province. The independent variables used in this study are the allocation of regional health expenditure, the assisted delivery of health personnel, GDP per capita, and women literacy rates. The results of the analysis shows that allocation of regional health expenditure, the assisted delivery of health personnel, and women literacy rates has a negative relationship on infant mortality. Allocation of regional health expenditure and women literacy rates has a positive relationship on life expectancy. GDP per capita is positively related on infant mortality and life expectancy of West Java Province.
