dc.description.abstract | Light tractor works for fertilization, spraying, and weeding. Rice crops treatment can spend a lot of time and effort, besides that, the conventional tractor couldn’t be done because of the lack of the hard layer. So we need a machine that can simplify the maintenance and shorten time treatment on the rice crops. Static loading analysis using Solidworks 2014. According to average human body weight, the analysis performed by delivering a centralized force of 750 N to main frame. Whereas machine holder were given force evenly of 200 N, and traction wheel were given concentrated load of 700 N. The Von Mises maximum stress value produced on main frame are equal to 19.37 MPa, Von Mises maximum stress value on machine holder are equal to 85.80 MPa, and maximum stress value on traction wheel is equal to 186 MPa. Materials constructions are made of AISI 5140 alloy steel with yield strength value are equal to 293 MPa. | en |
