Parasites belong to one of causative agent of infection diseases in goramy O. goramy. This study aimed to classifying the ectoparasites and analyze the correlation of biological aspects of host-parasite in goramy O. goramy from traditional farming. In this study, 348 fishes in sizes were used as the samples. The fishes were taken randomly from 71 traditional goramy farmers from seven sub districts in Bogor. The ectoparasites identified as Digenean Metacercaria, Chilodonella sp., Copepode, Dactylogyrus sp., Gyrodactylus sp., Glochidia, Henneguya sp., Icthyophthirius multifiliis, Tetrahymena sp., Trichodina sp., Oodinium sp., Piscinoodinium sp. , and Trematode. There are closed correlation between the body length with the presence of parasites in fish, whereas the Health Assessment Index (HAI) was not closely related with the number of ectoparasites found.en
