Queuing theory is the mathematical study of queues or waiting line events, which is a waiting line of constumers who require the service of the existing system. This study aims to identify the vessel queue landed in PPP Lampulo, identify the degree of usefulness of the system utility of unloading fasilities and identify the ship waiting time in the queue at PPP Lampulo. This study used a standard formula of a multi channel single phase to identify conditions of existing queue. The results showed that the model queue that occurred in PPP Lampulo was (M/M/5): (FCFS / I / I). Based on calculations by the standard formula queuing model, it was obtained that the rate of arrival of the vessel unloading was 14 vessels / day and the rate of the service time was 16 vessels / day. Value of waiting time in the queue was 0 hour and the number of vessels that queue did not exist, while the waiting time in the system was 2.5 hours and the number of ships arriving in the system was 1 ship. The result of the calculation also showed that utility value of the system almost reached the optimum value (0.875) and the probably no ship in a system was 0.42.en
