dc.description.abstractPublic Relations is the connector between the company and its publics that implement planned communication activities, either inside or outside. One of Public Relations role is to evaluate public opinion as this also affect the company's reputation and existence. It’s not an easy work to create a positive opinion in the public mind. Public Relations of PT Telkomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. work to create creative and appropriate strategies in order to form a positive opinion as expected by the company management. This study uses a quantitative approach and supported by qualitative data to determine which strategies are implemented through a variety of activities to deliver messages and the correlation with public opinion in cognition, affect, and behavior level. The statistic result showed that there is correlation between the diversity and frequency of Public Relation communication activities with public opinion. SWOT analysis calculation indicates that the Public Relations of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. should diversify the activities to deliver messages in order to face the threats of the company.en
