Mathematical modelling of glucose-insulin system in the human body is one of the interesting topic in physics of complex systems. It can be used as a therapeutic treatment of diabetes mellitus type 1. The function of exogenous glucose and insulin are important factors in maintaining the body’s metabolism, especially are the blood sugar’s consentration. Minimal model was modified with adding of exogenous glucose F(t) and insulin U(t) function that obtained from the differential equations by Nilam et al. Arrangement of glucose and insulin injection quantity and arrangement of time of injection time could affect the kinematics of glucose-insulin system in the blood. Based on our results, the optimum therapeutic treatment was obtained by first giving exogenous insulin at 560 μU/(mL.min) in the period t>0 to t<16 minutes. The values of exogenous glucose were given by 47 and 23 mg at injection time t0=7 min and t0=15 min. Finally, exogenous insulin was given at 38.1 μU/(mL.min) in the period t>35 to t<180 min, in the IVGTT during 200 min. The value of r2 at the graph was 0.981.en
