Identifikasi Jenis Hijauan Makanan Ternak di Kawasan Usaha Peternakan (KUNAK) Sapi Perah Kecamatan Cibungbulang dan Pamijahan Kabupaten Bogor

Abstract

KUNAK is a dairy farm area which located at Cibungbulang and Pamijahan district, Bogor regency, it was built on 1995. The aim of this research was to identify types of forage of areas in KUNAK diversity analysis, and identification of its crude fiber and crude protein. This research used ArcGis application, descriptive analysis, proximate analysis, botanical composition analysis, and vegetation analysis. The result of botanical composition in KUNAK 1 is Ottochloa nodosa (Kunth) 11.83 %, Brachiaria ruziziensis Mez. 10.34 % and Pennisetum purpureum Schum. 8.88 %, while in KUNAK 2 Pennisetum purpureum Schum. 14.24 %, Ottochloa nodosa (Kunth) 13.37 % and Eleusine indica L. Gaertn 7.40 %. Based on vegetation analysis, vegetation diversity in KUNAK 1 and 2 were clasified as medium. The result of proximate analysis, crude protein (CP) and crude fiber (CF) Ottochloa nodosa (Kunth) were 9.1 % and 28.4 %, Brachiaria ruziziensis Mez. 7.4 % and 25.4 % and Pennisetum purpureum Schum. 8.6 % and 30.7 %.
