| dc.description.abstract | The research was aimed to detect the existence of antibiotic residue in ducks liver at poultry in Bogor District. There were 53 samples which were taken from 5 Sub-districts in Bogor District. The research was done by bioassay method. The result showed that antibiotic residue in ducks liver was detected positive (32.1%) from aminoglicoside and macrolide group. Antibiotic residue came from poultry in Ciomas Sub-district (29.4%), Gunung Sindur (11.8%), Jasinga (35.3%), and Jonggol (23.5%). Based on aminoglicoside group, it was 3.77% came from Jonggol Sub-district (12.5%), while tetrasiclin and penicilin was not found. In Klapanunggal Sub-district was detected negative antibiotic residue in the result of testing.
