Analisis Kelayakan Usahaternak Sapi Perah pada Alda Alya Dairy Farm di Kecamatan Tambun Selatan, Kabupaten Bekasi

Abstract

The availability of national milk has not been able to meet the needs of milk, only about 21 persen in 2013. While existing market potential was quite large with the increasing number of population. Alda Alya Dairy Farm took that chance and opened dairy farming on 2007. However, the investments made in the business requires substantial capital investment and a long payback. Therefore,it was necessary to conduct research on the feasibility analysis of dairy cattle farming. The feasibility analysis of dairy farming conducted on the feasibility of financial and nonfinancial. Nonfinancial feasibility was done based on market aspects, technical aspects, management and legal aspects, and social, economic, and environmental aspects. While the financial feasibility was measured by investment criteria such as NPV, IRR, Net B/C, Gross B/C, and Payback Period. In addition, there was a switching value analysis on components of lower sales volume and an increase in feed costs. Based on the results of the analysis of both financial and nonfinancial feasibility, Alda Alya Dairy Farm is feasible to run.And based on switching value analysis Alda Alya Dairy Farm more sensitive to components of lower sales volume.
