Abstract: | Ayam Penyet Sangar Restaurant (RAPS) is a new restaurant in Bogor. This study aimed to determine the RAPS consumer loyalty and to determine its affecting factors. The result showed that consumers of RAPS had low loyalty level, but based on the factors that affected consumers loyalty were age, educational level, distance, price and ethnics. |
