Analisis Faktor Eksternal dan Internal yang Mempengaruhi Prestasi Mahasiswa (Studi Kasus Alumni Program Sarjana Manajemen FEM IPB)

Abstract

Student achievement not only rated by the GPA, but affective, cognitive and also pshychomotor. To achieve the third component and to get good GPA there is several factors affecting achievement process both external and internal factors. Analyze factors needs to be done to know factors that affecting students achievement with case studies of alumni Management FEM IPB. SEM test with SmartPLS software can be assessed that factor instrumental and psychological is the most influential with each of the T-statistic value are 3,203 and 5,554. Instrumental is an external factor that deliberately design as affecting factor process and learning factor that described by the administration, lecturer, curriculum and facility. Psychological is an internal factor establish how act or behavior of student in conscious or not that can be described by the talents, interests, intelligence, motivation, and cognitive abilities of student.
