This research was about fiber board which made from the raw material of empty oil palm bunches. This fiber board was made by using fizzy fire or addingalkali (NaOH) method to the fiber of empty oil palm bunches with the different concentration of 10% and 12%. Then the next process was milling with Hollander beater by the treatment of different time between half an hour and an hour. Pulp that has been obtained was continued to the next process, that was formation of fiber board, before the pulp was formed to be fiber board, it was added the adhesive material from tannin with different concentration those were 2%, 4%, 6% and 8%. The adhesive material then mixed to the pulp, after that it was felted by cold press, and continued by hot pressed. Fiber board that has been done then cutted form pattern, and it was tested based on JIS A5905-2003. The three variables mentioned above had effected to the quality of the fiber board.en
