dc.description.abstract | Theobroma cacao known as cocoa is a perennial plant seeds are widely used in the food industry, beverage, and treatment. The purpose of internship generally to increase the ability of professional, technical and managerial skills of the students in the management of cocoa plantations in the field. The purpose of internship particular to learn one of the important stages from result processing about the quality of cocoa base on analysis of wet cocoa beans and dried cocoa beans in the garden of PT Rumpun Sari Antan I, Cilacap, Central Java. The method is a practical implementation of this internship as a casual employee, assistant foreman, and companion assistant with technical and managerial activities. Primary data collection with analysis of wet cocoa beans and dried cocoa beans. The result of analysis showed that the quality of wet cocoa beans not meet company standards while quality dried cocoa beans to meet the standard. | en |
