| Abstract: | Human capital is one of the main component from intellectual capital or intangible asset owned by company. In fact, human capital management in company will be the success key to increase its productivity that will have an impact on increasing the total revenue’s company. ‘Indonesia Human Capital Study 2012’ carried on by Dunamis Human Capital, provide a study on human capital investment in company. This research is review factor of total operating expense, number of employee trained, training cost, and number of employee that affect the total revenue’s company on panel data 19 companies in 2009 to 2011. Panel data regression model is fixed effect model with cross-section weighted with R-square is 99.996% and MAPE is 6.330%. All variables is significant in alpha 5%. However, the interpretation of this model seems less realistic, this may be due to the variables is less representative to reflect aspect of the human capital cost. |
