Hydrological Response Unit (HRU) it is an unit of analysis used to know the specific hydrological response at land cover, soil, and topographic characteristic. The purposes of this research are to know discharge of Cipeureu Sub Watershed and compare soil moisture and direct runoff at forested area of damar (Agathis loranthifolia), puspa (Schima wallichii), and tusam (Pinus merkusii). ArcSWAT 2009 extension on the application of ArcGIS 9.3 was used to define HRU. Discharge analysis at Cipeureu Sub Watershed result time of concentration 1.5 hours and time of recession 12.4 hours with maximum-minimum discharge ratio is 1.79 times. Cipeureu Sub Watershed have coefficient run off 3.3%. Analysis of soil moisture showed that HRU at puspa 54.4% in rainy season and 37.5% in dry season was greater than HRU at damar and tusam respectively 52.6% and 40.5% in rainy season and 34.4% and 32.0% in dry season. Run off at puspa was greater 0.0115 mm than damar and was greater 0.0228 mm than tusamen
