Abstract: Freshwater eels are usually considered catadromous because they spawn in marine waters and the juveniles grow in freshwater habitats following a long migration from their offshore spawning area. The objective of this research is to study the distribution, the pattern of growth, and present in system information. Field sampling was conducted in 7 rivers (Cimandiri, Cipalabuhan, Citepus, Cisukawayana, Cimaja, Citiis, and Cibareno) from July to October 2013. Glass eel and elver were kept in absolute alcohol, futhermore it used for calculating length weight relationship and condition factor. The making of eel migration flash animation refers to the system development cycle of The Waterfall Model. The result of the research showed that eels is present in each river with the highest catches in Cimaja River. In terms of growth pattern, both A. bicolor bicolor and A. marmorata juvenile have positive allometric, while glass eel have negative allometric. Eel condition factor values between one to another station is not much different. Cimaja River potentially as eel resources conservation area. Additionaly, eel migration information system has been implemented in flash animation.
