Abstract: | Culinary business is one of the growing businesses in Bogor. Not only food, many restaurants also offer beverage products as their main menu. However, there are few restaurants that offer milk as their main product. Momomilk Restaurant is one of the restaurants that offers milk as its main product and has been running for the last 7 months. The objective of this study is to analyze the feasibility of Momomilk Restaurant. Qualitative analysis was used to analyze the feasibility based on non financial aspect such as market aspect, technical aspect, management and law aspect, and also social economic and environmental aspect. Quantitative analysis was used to analyze the feasibility based on investment criteria. Financial analysis showed that NPV was Rp63 220 511, Net B/C was 2.57, IRR was 47.35 percent, and payback period was 3 years 6 months 21 days. The result of this feasibility analysis showed that Momomilk Restaurant was feasible based on market aspect, technical aspect, management and aspect, social economic and environmental aspect, and also financial aspect. But, this business was not feasible based on law aspect. |
