| dc.description.abstract | The bankingcompanies have been using prudential principle which have supported by regulation and policy that have been bound and arranged in banking regulation of Indonesia. This will require the company to perform the management of capital structure exactly. Along with Asean Economic Community (AEC) adopted in 2015, banking of Indonesia had been being great potential for the foreign investors to have assets of bank. Indirectly, banking of Indoneisa described how was big the percentage companies capital needed through managerial ownership, funding and dividend policies. This research analyzed influence of managerial ownership on funding and dividend policies. This research used data of banking sub-sector companies for the period 2008-2012 that was analyzed by linier regression. The result of the analyisis of managerial ownership was possitiive influenced but did not significant on funding policy, in the other hand showed negative influenced and significant on dividend policy. | en |
