dc.description.abstractThis thesis explained about how organizational culture affects employee engagement at Aspex Kumbong company. The research aims to find which value of five organizational culture variabels influenced employee engagement. Organizational culture (X) as independent variabel has five values such as work dicipline, loyalty, focus on target, innovation, and carefulness. All of the values was identified by delphi method. The employee engagement as dependent variable (Y) has 3 sub variables: vigor, dedication, and absorption. Primary data was collected with interviewing supervisors and giving questionary to Aspex Kumbong employees. Furthermore, the analysis of this research used descriptive analysis and structural equation modelling method, using microsoft excel and SmartPLS 2.0. The result showed that inovation influences absorption. Carefulness influence all of employee engagement variabels.en
