Analisis Kelayakan Usaha Peternakan Ayam Broiler di Desa Kembiritan Kecamatan Genteng Kabupaten Banyuwangi

Abstract

Broiler farm in Banyuwangi has a good prospect for investment. The aims of this study is to analyze feasibility of broiler farm and to analyze switching value for decreasing of output price, increasing of DOC price, feed price and variable cost. Data was collected from both primary and secondary data. Primery data was collected by interviewing the owner and staffs of the farm. The result of this study show that broiler farm is feasible in all of non financial dan financial aspects. With the interest rate 13.53 percent, this study revealed that NPV is Rp691 731 852, Net B/C is 2.70, IRR is 63 percent, payback period is 4 years and 1 month. Acording to switching value, this broiler farm is sensitive on decreasing of output price, increasing of variable cost and feed price.
