Pemanfaatan Citra Ikonos untuk Identifikasi Petak Sawah dan Penggunaan Lahan Sawah/Tegalan di Dusun 2, Desa Cikarawang, Kecamatan Dramaga.

Abstract

Ikonos image has high spatial resolution with pixel of one meter for panchromatic and four meter for multispectral. The objective of this research are to know, a) potency of Ikonos image to create physical land bording and land use map and their problems, b) pattern of land tenure and land management and c) characteristic of land tenure and land management. The problem in the development of physical bording of land map in Dusun 2, Desa Cikarawang are no identifier, for drawing plot of land such as color and the border of land. The result of interpretation is 293 plot of land, where is the result of verification is 608 plot of land. Physical border of land interpretation accuracy is 48.12 %. The accuracy interpretation of land cover/land use are 40.11 % for paddy field and 65.09 % for dry land. Physical border of land percentages of land cover/land use after verification are paddy field 39.36%, dry land 55.78%, mixturegarden 4.69% and bare land 1%. Out of 608 physical bording of land founded their consist of 1 plot of land fishpond, 1 plot of land other court, 10 plot of land homesite, and 596 agricultural plot of land with plot of land acreage average is 1918.7 m2. At Dusun 2, Desa Cikarawang found two tenure system is land self managed and land rent share. In addition, there are 197 parcel of land with full ownership. The number of land self managed system is more than the number of land rend share system. In the land rend shere system applied production sharing, 40 % of belong to the owner and 60% belong the worker. The owner and the worker in Dusun 2, Desa Cikarawang, dominantly have elementary school level of education and age ranging from 41-60 years old.
