Abstract: Bogor City have a lot of historical heritage sites from pre-historic period, classic Pajajaran Kingdom period and colonialsm period. The historical landscape is important to be conserved because historical landscape can be visited, learned, examined, or discussed, and become a place at identity, recreation, inspire a spirit, pride, and economics enhancement through tourism. A development planning of historical touring tracks is important to historical tourism development. Tourism tracks function is to facilitate tourists in tourism activities, make it easier for tourist to understand the course of Bogor history, and help to choose a road and visiting object. This study used a survey method with collecting data through desk study, field survey, and interview about location of cultural heritage object and Bogor city tourism situation. As a result, there were 38 among 78 heritage objects those suitable as tourism objects. Determination of 38 cultural heritage objects used an analysis of historical landscape suitable value for tourism object. The proposed historical touring tracks can be accessed from seven access into town that are direction from Ciawi, Sukabumi, Leuwiliang, Parung, Bojong Gede through Stasiun Bogor, Cibinong, and Jakarta trough Jagorawi Toll-Terminal Baranang Siang dan Jagorawi Toll-Bogor Outer Ring Road. There are four proposed tourism programs that is European settlements program, Chinese etnics settlement program, Pajajaran historic sites program, and Moslem settlement and tomb figures program.
