Abstract: Improving feeding and managament for sheep it is normally because of improving their performance. Thereby it can be effected to their physiological response and behaviour. This research aimed to compare physiological response and behaviour of garut rams with feed and different management feeding. This research used 16 garut rams (I0) with 2 factors and 4 replicates. First factors is type of feed R1 (40 % grass + 60% concentrate 1) dan R2 (40% mung bean sprout waste + 60% concentrate 2) and the second factors is management feeding in the morning (P) and management feeding in the afternoon (S). Physiological response were observed such as respiration, heart rate, and rectal temperatures. Behaviour were observed such as ingestive behaviour, licking and biteing other goods, resting, eliminasi, vokalisasi, and agonistic. Physiological response and behaviour data were analyzed by analysis of variance (ANOVA). The result shows that heart rate effected by feed. Sheep which is given feeding mung bean sprout waste have a higher value on heart rate (P<0.01). Rectal temperature efected by feed and management. Sheep which is given feeding mung bean sprout waste (P<0.01) and management feeding in the afternoon (P<0.05) have a higher value on rectal temperatures. Management feeding factors in morning of measuring ingestive behaviour have a higher value (P<0.05) but for resting behaviour, management feeding factors in the afternoon have a higher value (P<0.01). The grass have a higher value for eliminative in daylight periode (P<0.05). Both of factors were not significantly different (P>0.05) for measuring all of behaviour garut rams in the allnight periode.
