Analisis Kelayakan Usaha Konveksi Kulit Domba di Perusahaan Perorangan Kulit Kalong, Bogor

Abstract

There is a number of UMKM in Indonesia which increase 1.44 percent a year. This is the main attraction to open a business convection sheep leather view of each year business of Sheep Leather Convection has increased turnover by an average of 10 percent. This study aims to analyze a feasibility study the business of Sheep Leather Convection. Data analysis method uses both qualitative and quantitative that contains non financial aspects and financial aspects. The qualitative consists of market aspects, technical aspects, management & legal aspects, and social, economic, and environmental aspects. In order to provide better feasibility on financial aspects, the quantitative consists several criteria which are NPV, Net B/C, IRR, and Payback Period and the switching value. The results of this study demonstrates that Sheep Leather Convection has a sufficient feasibility for financial aspects and non financial aspects.
