Analisis Pendapatan USahatani Pembenihan Lele Dumbo dan Sangkuriang di Desa babakan Kecamatan Ciseeng Bogor

Abstract

Fishery is one of the sectors that can improve indonesian welfare. Evident from the value of Gross Domestic Product increased by 21.55% per year from 2004 until 2012. The fisheries sector is classified into two categories namely fisheries and aquaculture. Catfish is one of the prime comodities of aquaculture. Babakan, is one of the catfish seed production centers in Bogor. There are two varieties of seed that developed in Babakan, Dumbo in UPR Jumbo Lestari and Sangkuriang in Kubang Sejahtera. The development of hatchery technology that marries the second and sixth derivative of Dumbo’s catfish and expectation to be able to produce more products led to the emergence of new varieties namely sangkuriang. The analysis used R / C ratio and chi-square. The results showed that the average income per hectare dumbo are greater than sangkuriang with a value of the R / C ratio reached 1.40 for Dumbo and sangkuriang only at 1.16. Meanwhile, from the results of different test chi square analysis, X2 value calculated for the cash cost of 36,5325 and 35.0972 for a total cost greater than the X2 table at 23.685.
