Abstract: Tree condition Evaluation of Some Arterial Roads in Central Jakarta City aims to evaluate the condition of trees in the three arterial road in Central Jakarta City and find out how big the ecological function of trees in the city in improve urban environmental quality, especially on the road green line. This research was conducted in three arterial roads namely MH. Thamrin street, Angkasa street and P. Diponegoro street. The method used to evaluate the tree is by using the scoring method and to calculate the ecological benefits of air quality and carbon absorption in the tree is by using the software ArcView 3.2 with extension CITYgreen 5.4. From the result, general conditions in the three arterial roads in central Jakarta is generally good.The best condition of the tree is at Jalan MH Thamrin indicated by the lowest percentage value of total damage to trees compared with Angkasa street and P. Diponegoro street. Then, the ecological benefit obtained from the analysis with using the CITYgreen 5.4 was total annual saving.Total annual saving amounted to 454 in Thamrin street equivalent to Rp 4.075.558,00, Angkasa street amounted to 712 equivalent to Rp 6.391.624,00 and P. Diponegoro street amounted to 1,510 equivalent to Rp 13.555.270,00. The greatest total annual saving was in the P. Diponegoro street, it was consistent with the large number of occupation existing trees on the road.
