dc.description.abstractCloves drying using static plate at Greenhouse effect solar dryer produced ununiformity of moisture, temperature and time of drying between top, middle and lower part of plate. Therefore, uniformity temperature is caused by model of circular type Greenhouse effect solar dryer. This research is conducted to define distribution pattern of temperature and airflow velocity in dryer and utilization at model selection. The method of this research used Gambit 2.2.30 software for domain and boundary condition model of Greenhouse effect solar dryer that involve dryer, inlet outlet, plate, blower, head exchanger and grid of dryer's model. Gambit geometry model that performed was exported to Fluent program for CFD simulation through solver, operation and boundary condition, initializes and iteracy. CFD simulation resulted temperature and airflow velocity contours and decision for optimal circular type Greenhouse effect solar dryer.en
