dc.description.abstractAs the society needs in life is increasing, a place to manage their financial aspect is needed. Everyone needs to make sure that their capital is safe, developing, and easy to use for urgent things and also could be enjoyed in their retired life. Based on that expectation, bank is challenged to give the best and excellent service according to the standard. One of banking institutions which has important role is Rural Bank to distribute the consumptive and productive credit. Samples that are uses in this research is one of Rural Bank that belongs to the government which most of its capital used for consumtive credit. And another sample is Privat Rural Bank which most of its capital is used of productive credit. The objective of this research is to identify the comparative level of identify the comparative level of financial risk in 2010, 2011, 2012. Data processing wash conducted using bank financial ratio measurement and Z-Score. It Can be seen from the result that Government Rural Bank has samller level risk because it cooperated with another government company to cut off the employee’s salary. Meanwhile the Privat Rural Bank has higher risk because of the possibility to go into liquidation in case they couldn’t pay the credit that they have received.en
