dc.description.abstractPleurotus Ostreatus is a kind of oyster mushrooms which consumed by the public . This oyster mushrooms contain high nutritional but has a high level in the sterilization when manufacture of seed. Making seeds through several stages , they are the manufacture of pure cultures , spread seeds , and planting seeds . In this study, variations in the manufacturing stages of PDA ( Potato DextrossAgar) for the variation of the old pure cultures of material boiling for 5 minutes , 10 minutes , and 15 minutes and level of sterilization media use variety of steaming tiers 1 , 2 and 3 , which each level of steamed for 1 hour with a temperature of 120 °C and the pressure of 1.5 psi . The highest success is when the variation 10 minutes and the streaming tiers 3 which the growth of mycelium in tube. Fourier Transform Infra Red (FTIR) analysis shows that the force constant of planting seeds (F2) are higher than F0 and F1. If force constant is higher so the molecule bond is stonger. It make mycelium of F2 is stronger too and it is better to be used for cultivationen
