This study aimed to determine the effect of probiotic E. faecium and prebiotic in functional food of catfish (Clarias gariepinus) biscuit to fecal microbiota (lactic acid and coliform bacteria) of aged female Macaca fascieularis. Experimental design was applied in this study.Atotal 9 female Macaca fascicularis have been conditioned in one month before study begin and were divided into 3 treated groups for 90 days of intervention: Al catfish biscuit; A2 catfish biscuit + E. faecium; A3 catfish biscuit + E.faecium + Catfish oil. The study showed that significantly increased in total colony of lactic acid bacteria for three groups on days 30th, 60th, and 90th continously. But in 90thdays, only a group of A3 showed significanly different from the two other groups, in terms of the increase total colony of lactic acid and decrease of total colony coliform bacteria (p < 0.05)en
